Tony enjoyed walking and so if possible we would book a guided tour. This is how we got to see Roman Chester via Spud-U-Like and a high class fashion shop. I will always remember that tour. Often our weekends away were in winter to celebrate wedding anniversaries and so we would also try to book theatres especially live tribute bands. Another common feature of our trips are the National Trust or English Heritage properties, the museums and gallaries. Tony liked transport museums and history, whilst i favoured living history, art and design. We also liked the museums with different houses from various periods of time. As a time team fan we have also been to a number of archealogical musems featuring various finds.
